Dr. Kevin Driscoll AACFAS

Dr. Kevin Driscoll is a highly qualified surgeon. He grew up in a small town in Oregon and knew from a young age that he wanted to be a doctor. He graduated with a bachelor from Portland State University and went on to obtain his doctorate from California School of Podiatric Medicine at Samuel Merritt University. In addition, Dr. Driscoll further completed a specialized masters degree from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine while pursuing internship in Pennsylvania. Dr. Driscoll completed an extensive podiatric medicine and reconstruction foot and ankle surgery residency in Ohio. During residency he finished a fellowship in Dermatology & Dermatopathology from Georgia. After his extensive training he was ready to return to his home state and join Oregon Foot Clinic which is well-known for top-quality foot and ankle surgery, and all podiatry services.

He is an active member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and American Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Driscoll is proud to offer honest, experienced, and friendly care, and has developed a reputation for high quality surgery, with excellent results backed by years of experience and ongoing professional education. In addition to routine elective procedures, Dr. Driscoll has extensive experience in plastic surgery, trauma and nerve surgery. He has performed all complex Foot and Ankle reconstruction surgery. He is trained and proficient in all the latest foot and ankle surgical procedures. He has also diligently been at the forefront of surgical techniques, and pathologies to improve the quality of care that a physician can deliver. He cares about his patients in a unique way to help fix what hurts so they can lead the lives they love.

When not treating patients, he can often be found woodworking or hiking with his family and Australian Shepherd throughout the beautiful trails that Oregon has to offer.

Dr. Caitlyn McManus

Dr. Caitlyn McManus originally from Hudson Valley, New York. She attended State University College of New York at Fredonia where she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences. While at Fredonia State, Dr. McManus also competed year round as a cross country and long distance track athlete.

As her love for running grew, so did her foot pain every time she ran. She visited with her local podiatrist who mentored her into the field of podiatry. Dr. McManus went on to obtain her doctorate degree from Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine in 2021 and recently completed her three-year surgical foot and ankle residency at Long Island Jewish Forest Hills. Dr. McManus served as Chief Resident her final year of residency as she was trained in reconstructive forefoot and rearfoot surgery, sports medicine, diabetic limb salvage, wound care, plastic surgery techniques, foot and ankle trauma and general podiatric medicine.

In her free time, Dr. McManus enjoys spending time with her family, running long distances and exploring all of the baseball stadiums with her husband.

Dr. McManus is dedicated to patient specific treatment plans. She has a passion for providing quality care for her patients. She is now accepting new patients!

Tu-Anh Nguyen, PA-C

Tu-Anh Nguyen is a dedicated Physician Associate specializing in Podiatry, with a robust background in Infectious Diseases. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Louisiana State University and later completed her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies. Nguyen is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and participates actively in professional organizations, including the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She brings a comprehensive understanding of foot and ankle health, informed by her previous experience in infectious disease management.

With a passion for both Podiatry and Infectious Diseases, Tu-Anh combines her clinical expertise with a patient-centered approach to ensure optimal treatment and support for her patients.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Tu-Anh enjoys hiking with her Mini Australian Shepherd, playing pickleball, and exploring new cities- often seeking out unique dining experiences at local restaurants. Her adventurous spirit and love for the outdoors reflect her commitment to a well-rounded lifestyle.
